Texarkana Eye Doctors

You’ll enjoy working with Dr. Elvin Fenton, a graduate of the Northeastern State University – Oklahoma College of Optometry, where he received his Doctoral degree in Optometry. Dr. Fenton started Texarkana Eye Associates in 1996. He is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.

Dr. Lanka has two years of previous experience. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from California State University – Stanislaus. He earned his Doctorate at the Inter-American School of Optometry in Puerto Rico. Dr. Lanka is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He is licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

Dr. McColley obtained his Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Indiana University. He earned his Doctorate at Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. McColley is a Therapeutic Optometrist. He is licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

Dr. Williams is located at our Texarkana Eye Associates – Hope branch. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and earned her Doctorate in Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Williams is a Therapeutic Optometrist. She is licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

Dr. Greenan was born and raised in the southwestern region of Los Angeles County. He enjoys the outdoors, good jokes, and science. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, he worked as a laboratory technician for four years at the University of California, Los Angeles before going back to school to obtain his Doctorate in Optometry at Western University of Health Sciences. One of the newer Optometrists to join the team, he is excited and happy to be working with a group that is devoted to providing quality eye care for those in the community.

Dr. Priscilla Kier obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Vision Science from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and her Doctorate of Optometry from the Oklahoma College of Optometry. Dr. Kier is a Therapeutic Optometrist and is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas, and will soon be seeking her Oklahoma license as well. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Arkansas Optometric Association, and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Kier is married to Tyler Kier and they are the proud parents of Ella Reese Kier. Dr. Kier is excited to serve and be a part of the Texarkana community!

Dr. Peter Bako is originally from Mississauga, ON. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK and his Doctorate of Optometry degree with honors from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry.

Dr. Bako has a special interest in primary care optometry, more specifically in the treatment of ocular disease, and specialty contact lenses. He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, American Academy of Optometry, Oklahoma Optometry Association, and Arkansas Optometric Association. Dr. Bako is a devoted baseball fan, enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He currently lives in Idabel, OK with his wife, Meghan, and his two corgis.
